![]() ![]() Whether it’s on stage, in films, animation or VR, Kelly always finds a way to continue following her childhood passion of performing, storytelling and expanding the audience’s imagination. Now in 2023, Kelly continues with public performances of ‘Gumball Dreams’ and is debuting a new VR show at this year’s SXSW Festival. Both shows were victoriously received at all the festivals with ‘Welcome to Respite’ winning at Raindance in 2021 and ‘Gumball Dreams’ winning in SXSW, Raindance and Kaohsiung in 2022. She has also voiced characters for a number of animated series such as “Sea of Love” (a Netflix Original of which she also was the Voice Director), and popular video games such as Dead Effect 2, World of Tanks and Araya VR.ĭuring the pandemic, Kelly explored a new theatrical platform in virtual reality (VRChat) and joined theatre company, Ferryman Collective, starring in live immersive show, ‘Welcome to Respite’, and in the one-actor show ‘Gumball Dreams’, both of which featured in the XR section of multiple prestigious film festivals. Known for her charismatic voice, Kelly is also a seasoned voiceover artist having dubbed numerous feature films, such as Ip Man 2, Whisper of the Heart, as well as popular foreign series Dark Woods, Agatha Christie’s Hjerson and Prisoners of War. You will also see Kelly in international TV Commercials for Ford, Uber, BMW, Amazon, Stelara, Canal+ and American Standard. ![]() ![]() She was highly reviewed for her work onstage with theatre company, Peel the Limelight, particularly with lead roles like Paulina from Ariel Dorfman’s “Death and the Maiden”. Kelly has since starred in international features such as Bangkok Lockdown (Caity Lotz and Michael Biehn), Death of Me (Maggie Q and Luke Hemsworth) and The Marine 2 as well as in Cinemax TV series, Strike Back (season 7). ![]() Kelly began her career in musical theatre as a teen, then after studying Media and Film-making, she delved into the realm of film. Born in Singapore, raised in Hong Kong and Bangkok and having spent some time in Sydney, Australia – she has a very diverse background enabling her to portray multiple characters and nationalities on screen and on stage. Jones is a Thai/Welsh actress based in Southeast Asia.
